The class action lawsuit charged against Jeffries says that as per the BBC investigation, an extremely organized network used to hunt for men, via a middleman, who would then attend events with Jeffries and his partner Matthew Smith. The case also accuses Abercrombie & Fitch of “participation and intentional involvement” in those activities which have been described as “sexually terrorizing aspiring male models”.
Allegedly, Jeffries used to lure young and attractive men to his estate in the Hamptons in the guise of casting interviews but then forced them to strip, take drugs, engage in sexual activities with him and his partner, and even sign non-disclosure agreements.
Mike Jeffries declined to voice any comments on this matter through his attorney, but this is not the first time he has been accused of sexual violations.

Though Jeffries is famously touted for catapulting the almost bankrupt brand to its stellar success, his image has been marred with controversies and criticism for employing semi-nude models for brand advertising.

What is also interesting about him is that he has been a frequent target of rave speculations for going under the knife, not once but multiple times.
