WOMEN MD RESOURCES IS DEDICATED TO HELPING WOMEN PHYSICIANS GET THE JOBS THEY WANT, THE PAY THEY DESERVE, AND NOT BECOME PRISONERS OF THEIR CAREERS. WE ARE DEDICATED TO CREATING A PROGRESSIVE HEALTHCARE WORKPLACE FOR ALL WOMEN PHYSICIANS.

Founded by Dr. Linda Brodsky, the Women MD Resources team has spent more than 30 years confronting and mastering the unique challenges of the healthcare workplace. From top academic institutions to private practices, operating rooms to research labs, hospital administration offices to heated courtrooms, we’ve gained the collective experience and expertise that has allowed us to successfully positively impact the lives of hundreds of women physicians along the way.

Women physicians have had to conform to a healthcare workplace that was simply not designed with them in mind. While change is occurring slowly, it’s not the type of all-encompassing change necessary to overcoming the structures, attitudes, ingrained culture with its negative stereotypes that have kept women physicians from realizing their potential and rising to the top for too long.
The WMDR team is comprised of professionals dedicated to helping women physicians integrate fully, fairly, and flexibly into the healthcare workplace. Our team works with women physicians at all stages of their careers—pre-med, medical students, trainees and practicing physicians—to realize their dreams and potential as women physicians.
We help women physicians develop the skills they need to navigate workplace politics and master common career challenges.

We understand and can help you overcome the unique challenges of integrating a demanding career with the competing demands of a full life outside of medicine.
